"Mummies of the World: The Exhibition" Comes to Playhouse Square

(Cleveland) - Playhouse Square, which for 50 years, has been primarily theater-based, now has a place where you can come and see art and historic exhibitions. The new Corner Gallery at Euclid Avenue and East 13th Street is opening its first exhibition, called "Mummies of the World: The Exhibition."

Playhouse Square says this is the largest exhibition of real mummies and related artifacts ever assembled, with a never-before--see collection of naturally and intentionally preserved mummies. The exhibit includes ancient mummies and important artifacts from all over the world, some going back only about 200 years.
