Guardians evened their series with the Royals following a dominant, 5-1 victory from Cleveland. Aaron Civale was a workhorse on the mound and earned the win after surrendering one run on five hits over eight innings. Bo Naylor led the offense after slugging a pair of homers and driving in three runs. Cleveland is still second in the AL Central at 50-and-51. The team will go for the series win this afternoon.
