Jose Ramirez and Josh Naylor hit back-to-back home runs in the sixth inning to lead the Guardians over the Royals 6-1 in Cleveland. The two sluggers combined for two RBI and two runs scored, while Andres Gimenez went 2-for-3 with an RBI and three runs scored. Eli Morgan earned his fourth win with two strikeouts in one scoreless inning of relief for the Guardians. Cleveland has won four of six to improve to 43-and-44. Right-hander Aaron Civale will start on the mound against Kansas City tonight.
