Amy Olson has qualified for the U.S. Women’s Open and will compete in the tournament while being six months pregnant.
During her 36-hole qualifier, Olson shot for par on the first 18 and 6-under on the second 18.
Olson said during a recent tournament that her baby appears to be some sort of good luck charm.
She said, “Playing in the Meijer (LPGA Classic for Simply Give), on Monday, I had a hole-in-one. On Wednesday, I holed out for double eagle. And I'm like, what is happening here? Baby has got some golf mojo … That's gonna be a cool thing to be able to tell a little boy or little girl, like, I got a hole in one, I got a double eagle while you were in me.”
