Guardians gave up late runs in a loss to the White Sox from Cleveland. Chicago scored three runs in the seventh inning to beat the Guardians 4-2. Logan Allen got the loss after surrendering four runs, three earned, over six innings pitched. Will Brennan slugged a solo homer for Cleveland, which fell to 21-and-27. The team is third in the AL Central. The Guardians will try to win the series this afternoon. Cal Quantrill gets the start opposite Michael Kopech.
