A mail carrier who doesn't want to work on Sundays is taking his case all the way to the Supreme Court.
The case centers around Gerald Groff, a postal worker in rural Pennsylvania who balked at delivering Amazon packages on Sunday, claiming it conflicted with his Christian beliefs.
Postal Service officials say they were forced to find substitutes anytime Groff was scheduled for Sunday, causing morale issues and a 'tense working environment'.
Groff resigned in 2019 and filed a religious discrimination lawsuit.
