The grand jury indictment against former President Trump was unsealed at his arraignment hearing on Tuesday. Here's some of what's inside:

Trump is charged with 34 criminal counts pertaining to an alleged "catch and kill" scheme to stop damaging information from leaking ahead of the 2016 election.

The allegations include falsified business records concerning a $130,000 'hush money' payment to former adult film star Stormy Daniels, made by attorney and Trump 'fixer' Michael Cohen.

But that's not the only alleged 'hush money' mentioned - The indictment also mentions a $150,000 payment made by the editor-in-chief of the National Enquirer to conceal and affair Trump had with Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, as well as $30,000 for a Trump Tower doorman to keep silent.

Prosecutors also claim Trump and Cohen worked out payment details in the Oval Office after Trump was elected
