Cavs Postseason Ticket Information

CLEVELAND - The Cavaliers announced how fans can purchase tickets for the their first two home playoff games at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Members of Cavs United will have the opportunity to buy tickets on Thursday, April 6 starting at 8 a.m., Fans With Cavs United members can buy tickets starting on Thursday, April 6 at noon. There is a six ticket limit per transaction. All remaining unsold tickets will be offered to the general public on Friday, April 7 by visiting Cavs.com/tickets or click HERE.

There are two options for fans to have Playoff Priority:

Option 1: Purchase a Cavs United membership package for the 2023-24 season. Members of Cavs United can purchase playoff tickets four hours before the Cavs United profile priority access goes on sale. For information on becoming a member of Cavs United, visit Cavs.com/Enroll.

Option 2: Fans who sign up to create a free Cavs United profile at Cavs.com/United will have priority access to purchase remaining single game tickets for Cavs home games during the 2023 NBA Playoffs. All fans with a Cavs United profile (current and new) will automatically be registered for Playoff Priority throughout the entire 2023 Cavs playoff run, and will have a first-come, first-served opportunity to purchase single game tickets while supplies last before they go on sale to the general public. Once a profile is created (at least 24 hours prior to Game 1 of each round), an email notification will be sent with instructions on how to purchase tickets. 

In the best of seven series (2-2-1-1-1 format), there are four possible home games in the first round that will be designated as Games A-D. Games A and B will be the first two games of Round 1. Tickets for Games C and D will be made available if necessary.
