The makers of Madden 23 will be removing one of its touchdown celebrations from the game in the wake of the Damar Hamlin injury.

The 'CPR' celebration had the player lie on the ground as his teammates pretended to perform CPR to revive him - which hits a little too close to home after Hamlin needed CPR on the field before being taken away in an ambulance.

A spokesperson for EA Sports says the celebration will be removed "in the coming days" as part of the game's next update.
