Cavs Lose Tough One to Clippers 119-117

LOS ANGELES, CA--- The Cavs lost a tough ,close game to the Clippers in LA 119-117 Monday night. The Cavs still sit behind the Bucks for the Eastern Conference number 1 seed.

Donovan Mitchell, Jarrett Allen, and Darius Garland were standouts tonight, Mitchell was phenomenal from the field going 10/15 scoring 30 points shooting 72% from 3 point range. Allen was a monster on the boards, along with the Cavs as a team with Allen pulling in 20 of the teams 48 rebounds. Garland was dishing dimes all over the court, racking up 12 assists along with 19 points for a double-double on the night. Mobley also had a stand out night, scoring his season high of 26 on the night, mostly off of alley op dunks from Darius Garland. It was a tough loss but the Cavs still have a lot of basketball to play this season and still have the momentum moving forward looking back at an 8 game winning streak.
