For the 38th week in a row, no one matched all six numbers in Monday's Powerball drawing -- meaning Wednesday's jackpot will be worth $1.2 billion.
The new total marks the fourth largest jackpot in U.S. history, lottery officials say. The lucky winner will be able to take the money in annual installments over a 29-year period, or accept one lump sum of $596 million. Lottery officials say most people choose the latter.
The winning numbers in Monday's drawing were 13, 19, 36, 39 and 59, with a Powerball number of 13.
