(MEDINA) - Romeos Pizza has a new investor, six-time MMA CHampion Stipe Miocic.
Romeo's Pizza is a Cleveland-based quick-service pizza company with over 60 locations across the United States.
Stipe Miocic is a Six-Time MMA Heavyweight Champion and pizza lover.
Due to his love of Pizza, Stipe Miocic is now part-owner of Romeo's Pizza in Parma, Ohio. Miocic lives in and trains in Cleveland. he also is a full-time firefighter and EMT worker. He won Cleveland's Professional Athlete of the Year in 2019, and the President of the UFC calls him the "Greatest MMA Heavey weight of All-Time.
Miocic said about the opportunity.
"Pizza makes the world go round. I've spent the last 20 years eating at Romeo's, and to me, it's the best pizza in Ohio…and the world," Miocic added. "A business endeavor relating to one of my favorite foods is the best opportunity I could ask for."
Romeos Pizza CEO Ryan Rose is also excited about the partnership, saying.
