The Guardians got a final start from their ace in their 7-5 win over the Royals in Cleveland. Shane Bieber earned the win pitching five innings while giving up one run . Josh Naylor and Will Brennan each crushed three-run homers in the second inning as Cleveland cruised to the victory. Emmanuel Clase entered the ninth and got his 41st save of the season, which leads the league. Bieber is expected to start game one of the Wild Card series on Friday. Cleveland continues to host the Royals tonight.
