(Cleveland) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive, Joseph Stephens.
Stephens is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for homicide. Stephens is suspected of shooting Montreece Spain in the 10000 block of Elk Avenue in Cleveland on August 27, 2020. Spain was pronounced dead on the scene.
Stephens, 30, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches and weighing about 177 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be living in the Cleveland area.
