(CLEVELAND) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of Wylee Orr.
Orr is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for homicide. Orr is suspected of shooting Jamal Fitch on East 38th Street in Cleveland on August 11, 2021.
Orr, 26, is a black man who stands approximately 5 feet 10 inches and weighs about 165 lbs. Wylee Orr has black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be living in the Cleveland area.
