A Southwest Airlines flight attendant suffered a broken back during a hard landing in California.
The woman was diagnosed with a fractured vertebra and says the landing was so hard she thought the plane had crashed. No one else aboard the plane was injured.
The landing took place last month at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana. The NTSB has investigated the incident but has not releaesed the cause of the landing.
