A move that would change the landscape of college sports is in the works for 2024.

According to reports, USC and UCLA plan to leave the Pac-12 and join the Big Ten, possibly in time for the 2024 athletic year.

It would be the biggest conference shakeup since Texas and Oklahoma chose to leave the Big 12 for the SEC last year - which doesn't go into effect until 2025.

If it happens, the Big Ten would include 16 schools stretching from New Jersey to California.
