LAKEWOOD, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Otha Montgomery at an address off Ridgewood Avenue in Lakewood. Montgomery was wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Eastlake Police Department for kidnapping, Wickliffe Police Department for aggravated assault and Painesville Police Department for felonious assault. He also had additional arrest warrants with the Willoughby Police Department, Willowick Police Department, Willoughby Hills Police Department, Stark County Sheriff’s Office, and Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
