Oklahoma lawmakers have passed an anti-abortion bill critics say is the most restrictive in the U.S.

The bill bans all abortions, except in cases where the mother's life is at risk, or in cases of rape or incest that has been reported to police.

Governor Kevin Stitt has indicated he'll sign the bill, which would face immediate legal challenges.

Oklahoma has already passed a Texas-style bill that effectively bans abortion after six weeks, and one that makes performing an abortion a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
