Cleveland - A study done by iSeeCars.com reports the price of cars have increased by 28%, in terms of price that is an increase of over $6,400 dollars since last march. Cleveland ranks 39th of the 50 cities studied. This time last year a used car in the Cleveland area was around 21 thousand right now that price is over $27,500.
