Guardians Win The Doubleheader Over W-Sox - 11-1 Bashing & 2-1 Squeaker

Cleveland Guardians picked up two wins against the Chicago White Sox at Progressive Field. In game one of the doubleheader, Cleveland scored nine-second inning runs in an 11-1 victory. Jose Ramirez hit a grand slam, while Shane Bieber gave up on rune over six innings to earn the win. In game two, Anthony Gose got the win out of the bullpen in a 2-1 Cleveland victory. Ramirez and Oscar Mercado each drove in a run, while Emmanuel Clase got his first save. The Guardians snapped a three-game losing streak with the doubleheader sweep to improve to 6-and-5. Cleveland sends Zach Plesac to the mound against the White Sox this afternoon.
