(CLEVELAND) - Former Cuyahoga County corrections officer Andre Bacsa was sentenced to 4 years in prison Thursday morning. Bacsa was an officer in the Mental Health Unit in the Cuyahoga County Jail. According to records he assaulted three men in the unit in June of last year. In March, Bacsa plead guilty to two counts of sexual battery, one count of sexual imposition, and one count of unlawful restraint . On top of the 4 years behind bars, Andre Bacsa will also have to register as a Tier III Sex Offender.
