When NFL free agency starts on March 16th, the great quarterback hunt of 2022 will begin. Of course, you can bet on who’s on the market and what team will snatch them up.
Green Bay Packers – Odds say the first snap of the regular season will be taken by Aaron Rodgers (-280), but Jordan Love has more value at +300.
Pittsburgh Steelers – Mason Rudolph is the favorite at +200, but I can’t help but think this might be a nice landing spot for Russell Wilson (+1,100).
>>> (BEST BET) Seattle Seahawks – The odds makers see Wilson sticking around, but the +280 line doesn’t show much confidence. I’d go with the Any Rookie QB line at +500 here. <<<
Aaron Rodgers Next Team – The Packers have the edge here at -280, but there’s been too much Denver talk to ignore the +350 line.
Deshaun Watson Next Team – The Washington Commanders have the slight edge (+300) over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+350). Where do you go with this one, the strippers in Tampa Bay, or the litigious harassment drama in Washington? Go Washington.
Russell Wilson Next Team – The home team is the favorite, with Seattle going off at -250. However, I’m still feeling Pittsburgh in a division and conference that needs a solid and experienced QB leading the way. Take the Steelers at +1,200 and thank me later.
