MACEDONIA, OH - The heavy snow may be burdensome to most, but to Dwayne Michaels of Macedonia it’s an artist’s delight. He created two snow sculptures of the Muppets in his front yard, Swedish Chef and Kermit the Frog. It’s not the first time has used snow to create art. Last year he did a chocolate theme making M & M characters, a giant Kit Kat bar and a Hershey Kiss. He also sculpted Toy Story characters one year.
With the near zero temperatures forecast this weekend, the Muppets should still should be fine but with temperatures forecast in the 40 next week, their days could be numbered.
