CLEVELAND - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Katia Chappell. Chappell is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder. It is alleged that on November 25, Chappell shot and killed a 26-year-old female and shot and injured another 23-year-old female. Both victims were allegedly inside of a vehicle when they were shot and the vehicle subsequently crashed on Elmwood Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
Chappell, 28, is a black female, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches and weighing 215 pounds. Chappell’s last known address is near the 1300 block of E.188th Street, Cleveland, Ohio. Chappell is to be considered armed and dangerous.
