(Cleveland) - Ground was broken Friday for City Club Apartments, a high-rise mixed use apartment building in the 700 block of Euclid Avenue in downtown Cleveland.
When finished, City Club Apartments will be a mixed-use development, with furnished short-term apartments, unfinished long-term apartments, and apartments that range from studio to penthouse. There will be 22 different floor plans available.
Developer Jonathan Holtzman says they will have an indoor-outdoor movie theater, swimming pool with a clubhouse, and complete varieties of apartments. Holtzman says much of this is possible as City Club Apartments are being built from scratch. The building is going up on the site of a surface parking lot between the City Club Building, and iHeartMedia's future home of 668 Euclid.
Holtzman expects occupancy by the end of 2023.
