A man is facing an obscenity charge for allegedly masturbating while watching porn on a laptop in the electronics department of a Walmart in West Monroe, Louisiana.
According to the arrest report, 28-year-old Alexander Pearce was filmed on store surveillance video “hunched over a laptop with his hand in his pants.
”He told police outside the Walmart that he had been “watching music videos on a laptop,” then finally admitted he was looking at “pictures.”
Pearce had been barred from the Walmart since July when he was arrested for shoplifting; he’s now in jail on a felony obscenity count and a misdemeanor trespassing charge.
