(Cleveland) - Bond of $1 million was set Friday for the man arrested in the death of the grandson of Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, Frank Q. Jackson.
Robert Shepard was arraigned Friday morning on charges of Aggravated Murder in Cleveland Municipal Court. A hearing for Shepard's case has been set for a hearing in November.
Frank Q. Jackson was shot and killed on the east side of Cleveland On September 19th. Court papers don't say who pulled the trigger of the gun that shot Jackson. They only say that Shepherd "directed" Jackson to his death..
