Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive 47-year-old Pernell Gibson. Gibson is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated homicide. It is alleged that on January 15th, Gibson killed Francina Davis in a parking lot located on Scovill Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
Gibson is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 165 pounds. Gibson’s last known address is on E. 117th Street, Cleveland. Gibson is to be considered armed and dangerous.
