Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive 44-year-old Lonnie Gwinn. Gwinn is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation. His original offense and conviction was for involuntary manslaughter. Gwinn is also wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for his involvement in a shooting that occurred in August at a bar near the 17400 block of Harvard Ave., Cleveland, Ohio
Gwinn is a described as a black male, standing 6 feet 3 inches and weighing 185 pounds. Gwinn’s last known address is near the 3400 block of E. 145th Street, Cleveland, Ohio. Gwinn is to be considered armed and dangerous.
