Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive 59-year-old Rogelio Barrios. Barrios is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office for rape and gross sexual imposition. It is alleged that between 2017 and 2020, Barrios engaged in both sexual conduct and sexual contact with a minor child under the age of 13 years old, and at some point the child was under the age of 10 years old.
Barrios is a described as a white/hispanic male, standing 5 feet 5 inches and weighing 190 pounds. Barrios’ last known address is on W. 21st St, Lorain.
