(Willoughby Hills) - There was a runaway emu in Willoughby Hills on Wednesday, but this one was not trying to sell insurance.
The bird was spotted Wednesday in the area near Maplegrove Road and Maple Hill Road. Police were able to get a photo of the bird, which wa posted to the Willoughby Hills Police Facebook page.
Eventually, the emu's owner was found, and the large bird is back home. No word on if the owner's name is Doug.
