(Cleveland, OH) - Applications are now being accepted for an open seat on the Strongsville Board of Education for the unexpired term of Board Member Seth Roberts.
Roberts' resignation is effective August 16th, 2021 due to his family's move outside of Strongsville's District.
Roberts served on both the District's Finance and Business Advisory Council Committees.
According to Ohio Law, people serving on Ohio School boards must be 18 years of age, must be a district resident and must be registered to vote.

The deadline of applicants is Thursday August 19, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
The recommended candidate will be voted upon by the Board at their September 2, 2021 Board meeting.
The newly appointed Board member will serve until December 31, 2021.
