(Elyria) - The Lorain County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in finding two men who escaped from a community-based facility in Elyria.
Kevin McKitrick and Justin Hamilton walked away Tuesday evening from the Lorain-Medina Community-Based Correctional Facility in Elyria by breaking up a window. It's thought the two could have been picked up by someone who was in on the escape.
McKitrick was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and blue pants. Hamilton was reportedly wearing a white T-shirt and blue pans.
McKitrick is a white male approx. 5’8, 150 lbs with blondish hair and hazel eyes. Last known residence is in the city of Elyria. Hamilton is a white male approx. 5’10, 170, black hair and green eyes with a last known address in Vermilion.
