Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Abdul Muhammad. Muhammad is wanted by the Youngstown Police Department for aggravated murder. It is alleged that on November 19, 2020 Muhammad shot and killed 35-year-old Marquise Bebbs in the parking lot of a bar in Youngstown near the corner of East Lucius and South Ave. It is alleged that Muhammad and Bebbs got into a physical altercation before shots were fired.
Muhammad, 29, is a described as a black male, standing 6 foot and weighing 200 pounds. Muhammad’s last known address is in Columbus, Ohio but investigators believe that he is now in the Cleveland area. Muhammad should be considered armed and dangerous.
