Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Elijah Lipford. Lipford is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the East Cleveland Police Department for attempted murder, felonious assault, and aggravated robbery.
It is alleged that on November 19, Lipford shot Nathaniel Green, 19, at an address near the 1200 block of Lockwood Ave, East Cleveland. Lipford allegedly shot Green nine times and then proceeded to rob him.
Lipford,19, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 1 inches and weighing 160 lbs.Lipford’s last known address is near the 2200 block of Green Road, Cleveland, Ohio. Lipford is to be considered armed and dangerous.
