Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Richard Burnley.
Burnley is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for felonious assault. It is alleged that on September 13, 2016, Burnley fired multiple shots from a moving vehicle with an AK-47, striking a female, multiple vehicles, and storefronts, before fleeing the scene.
Burnley is also wanted for questioning by the ATF.
Burnley, 29, is a black male, standing approximately 6 foot and weighing 225 lbs. Burnley is last known to have stayed in the area of East 55th and Quincy, Cleveland. Burnley is to be considered armed and dangerous.
