MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio — The Maple Heights Police Department is searching for two missing siblings who might be in the custody of their father.
Alajha King, 11, and her brother Derek Todd Chambliss III,7, of Maple Heights, went missing.
Maple Heights police said their father, Mario Bates, has an “extensive record for violent acts and threats with weapon charges,” according to a missing persons report.
The children may be traveling in the vehicle pictured below, police said.
