Cavaliers Fall Short Against Spurs 116-110

CLEVELAND, OH -- The San Antonio Spurs got ahead early into the game, and ended up pushing to a large double-digit lead to start the second half. The Cavaliers fought to the final whistle but came up short, falling to the visiting Spurs by the final score of 116-110

San Antonio Head Coach Gregg Popovich got contributions from everyone on Friday night. First year guard out of Kentucky Keldon Johnson led the charge for the Spurs with 23 points and 21rebounds. 11-year veteran DeMar DeRozan went for 20 points on 7-12 shooting. Patty Mills led the San Antonio bench in scoring with 12 points.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will have Saturday off before hosting the Toronto Raptors. Sunday's tip-off is set for 7:00 pm ET at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Check out highlights from tonight's game below!
