(Lorain) - The FBI has arrested a Lorain man in connection with the violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.
FBI agents say Clifford Mackrell, 20, was seen on video from that day, assaulting a Capitol Police officer, and pulling at his mask. After the incident, the man identified as Mackrell stepped back, and provided a cameraman with his first name, and said he was from Ohio.
Mackrell has been released from custody, and was ordered to live with his mother until trial.
