(Cleveland) - Police have arrested three teenagers they say are responsible for more than 30 carjackings and vehicle thefts, mainly in the West Park and Tremont neighborhoods. Some of the crimes included violent beatings and pistol-whippings.
The names of the suspects have not been released.
The arrests came on Tuesday as Cleveland Police stepped up the search for suspects, using members from the gang unit, and also using a police helicopter.
