Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Thomas aka “Tony” Knapp.
Knapp is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated robbery. It is alleged that on November 8, 2020 Knapp and two other males robbed a woman at gunpoint near the 3200 block of W. 32nd Street, Cleveland.
Knapp, 49, is a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches and weighing 189 pounds.
Knapp’s last known address is near the 2200 block of W.73rd Street, Cleveland. Knapp is to be considered armed and dangerous.
