Cleveland, OH - The rollercoaster capital of the world will celebrate it's belated 150th Anniversary in 2021.
After postponing celebrations for the resort's big milestone, due to the pandemic, Cedar Point intends on moving forward with commemorations this season.
The theme-park's anniversary celebration will include a parade, nighttime party, dancing performers and a grand finale like no other.
The festivities will take place June 26 through August 15.
Special commemorative 150th Anniversary merchandise will also be available.
Other events include the Frontier Festival, which will kick off May 14 and run weekends May 14-16, 21, 23 and daily May 28-June 13. The festival will happen in Frontier Town and will feature live music, interactive games, street entertainers and more.
Snake River Expedition, a new river boat ride, will open on May 29 and take riders through a journey that will have them perform secret tasks. The tours are led by a cast of live characters.
Cedar Point Shores Waterpark will open on May 29, and more COVID-19 safety information will be released in the coming months.
