(Cleveland) - Police are asking for your help in finding 16-year-old Cory Phillips. He was last seen at his home in the 500 block of East 124th Street on Monday.
Cory suffers from ADHD, and Autism.
He was last wearing a black hoodie and black jeans. It was thought he may be heading toward East 88th and Superior.
