(Toledo) - There's a statewide alert out for a missing man from Wood County, near Toledo.
James Jaquillard, 76, walked away from his home in Pemberville, Ohio on Tuesday evening. Jaquillard suffers from dementia and other health conditions, and police are concerned for his safety.
Jaquillard is 6' tall, weighs 220, has gray hair and green eyes. If you see him, call 911.
