CLEVELAND - For the first time since 1917, The Ohio State Buckeyes will not play the team up north. The University of Michigan announced that this year’s game will not happened due to “an increasing number of positive COVID-19 cases and student athletes in quarantine”. This means OSU will not have played enough games to qualify for the Big Ten title game on December 19th unless they can get another conference game scheduled this weekend on short notice.

The Buckeyes, ranked #4 in the country, still remain eligible for the College Football Playoff.
