(Cleveland) - For the third time since September, a man wearing a neon green construction worker's vest has robbed a Greater Cleveland bank.
Monday's robbery was at PNC Bank at East 9th and Rockwell downtown. Surveillance video showed the man, wearing a neon construction vest and a dark mask, entering the bank about 10:30 a.m. He demanded money, and left with cash. PNC is offering a $5,000 reward for this man's arrest and conviction.
The FBI says a man in a construction vest robbed the Chase Bank branch at 14133 Cedar Road, South Euclid, on October 29. There was also a bank robbery, by a man in a construction vest, at the Citizens Bank, 690 Richmond Road, Richmond Heights, on September 8.
