Thousands Left In Dark From High Winds

(Cleveland) - As of Monday morning, about 90,000 FirstEnergy customers remained in the dark, after heavy winds brought down trees and power lines on Sunday. Outages were all over Northeast Ohio.

Because of the power outages, the Willoughby-Eastlake Schools, Kenston Schools, and Mayfield Middle School all canceled classes for Monday.

Wind gusts of up to 55 miles per hour were recorded, and a tornado warning was issued for Ashtabula County.
