No More Paper Tickets For Indians Games

(Cleveland) - Starting with the 2021 season, the Cleveland Indians will use Mobile Entry as the only way fans can get into the ballpark. In other words, you must use a smart phone; paper tickets will no longer exist.

Indians fans will be able to enter the ballpark using the MLB Ballpark app, or the Indians My Tickets webpage. If you buy tickets through StubHub, you can use the StubHub app to enter Progressive Field.

Mobile ticketing allows fans to use their mobile device as a game ticket, providing access to Progressive Field through a barcode that can be scanned from a device’s screen. Mobile Entry will reduce Tribe fan’s risk of fraudulent tickets, while allowing for contactless entry between fans and Progressive Field staff, keeping health and safety top of mind.

All PDF tickets, either printed or screenshots on a mobile phone, will no longer be accepted as a method of entry for Cleveland Indians games at Progressive Field. Fans are encouraged to visit indians.com/mobile and review the Frequently Asked Questions, which includes videos and step-by-step instructions on how to set up an account on the Ballpark App.

Season Ticket Holders who have already purchased tickets for the 2021 season are encouraged to reach out to their Season Ticket Service Representative with any questions. Group leaders will be contacted directly with ticket distribution details.
