No Muni Lot Tailgating This Season

(Cleveland) - A tradition before Browns games won't be happening this season. The city has banned tailgating before Browns games at the Muni Lot on the East Shoreway (State Route 2). In fact, tailgating has been banned at any city-owned parking lot.

The ban is part of the city's latest order related to COVID-19. The order not only prohibits gatherings of more than ten people, it also bans tailgating on any city-owned property.

To keep down the chance that people will try to tailgate, the city also won't be opening the Muni Lot until two hours before kickoff on game days. In the past, the lot was open six hours before kickoff.
